There are record labels, and then there’s Dreamville.

For rap sensation J. Cole and his proverbial brothers, Ibrahim “Ib” Hamad, and Adam Roy, the core of what makes this label distinctive from the rest is it’s a family business — and Dreamville Festival is the annual family reunion.

Putting North Carolina on the map as one of the fast-growing, and most popular hip hop festivals in the country, 2023 marked Dreamville Festival’s most successful year to date with 100,000+ total attendees traveling across the globe to experience the sold-out event — and today, they announced they’ll be making their much-anticipated return in 2024.

“Dreamville Fest 2023 was a major cultural moment for the spring festival season. We had amazing performances from some of the biggest artists of my generation, and we plan to bring that same energy in 2024! Lineup coming soon,” said Dreamville Festival President Adam Roy.

Dreamville Festival 2023 was headlined by the head honcho, J. Cole, along with Usher, Drake, Summer Walker, Burna Boy, City Girls, Lil Durk with Dreamville artists Cozz and Bas. If 2024 is anything like this year, it’s sure to be one for the books.

Today’s news also comes off the heels of Cole recently securing his first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 that featured none other than longtime collaborator Drake, who joined the North Carolina native on stage for a special once-in-a-lifetime performance to close out the festival last spring.

With a continued emphasis on community, diversity, and inclusivity, next year’s festival will once again provide a multi-million dollar economic boost to J. Cole’s home state of North Carolina in addition to a positive and significant cultural impact that lasts far beyond festival dates each spring.

Festival-goers can look forward to exploring the historic Dorothea Dix Park, Raleigh’s largest city park while experiencing incredible music performances featuring Cole’s own favorite musical artists and collaborators who are traveling worldwide to perform in his home state of North Carolina.

Early-bird ticket sale registration for the ‘24 fest will open next month, with further announcements regarding the line-up set to follow in early 2024.
